MP Seminars Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 Days before the Seminar:
You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days before the seminar by calling our office at 1-877-237-3168 or e-mailing c[email protected] and selecting one of these two options:
- Receive a refund of the registration fee less a $20.00 cancellation fee or
- Apply your registration fee to a future scheduled seminar or receive full credit on your account for a future seminar
Less than 10 Days before the Seminar:
You may cancel your registration less than 10 business days before the seminar by calling our office at 1-877-237-3168 or e-mailing [email protected] and selecting one of these two options:
- Send a substitute in your place to the seminar or
- Transfer your registration fee to another scheduled seminar or receive full credit on your account for a future seminar
Please note: If you do not officially cancel and do not attend you are still responsible for the full registration fee but the fee will be applied toward a future seminar.
- You will not forfeit your registration fee – at any time the credit can be used by you or a substitute for another MPSeminars live training event.
- Registration Fee Credits CAN NOT be used for or applied to training product purchases or software purchases. Thank you for your cooperation.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please e-mail [email protected] or call our office at 877.237.3168. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Shipping may be invoiced separately or automatically calculated through this system. Shipping will be provided through MP Seminars and all pertinent information regarding shipping will be communicated as requested.
